How We Organize: A Union for the Digital Age

Decentralized & Global

We are not a traditional, top-down union. We operate as a network of individuals and small, autonomous "guilds" or "nodes" connected by shared principles and projects.

Project-Based Solidarity

We organize around specific ethical stands and constructive projects. For example, a GIS guild could champion open-source tools like the "Magpi" vision. Action is our focus.

Knowledge is Our Power

Our primary strength is collective knowledge. The Union serves as a platform for skill sharing, mentorship, collaborative learning, and mutual support.

We aim to develop an "Ethical Alignment" review process, potentially offering a "NexaVision Aligned" seal to projects and companies that genuinely adhere to our charter.
